Eumungerie Public School is a small, semi-isolated school with a very committed staff. Teaching and learning programs are enhanced by positive attitudes in the students, parents and staff who work together supporting the school and its direction. In a caring school environment provision is made to develop students intellectually, physically, socially and emotionally.
To achieve a strong foundation in the basic skill of literacy, the Disadvantaged Schools Program provides much needed funds. The school's goal remains for students to be equipped with the skills needed to adapt to a changing world and become independent life-long learners.
The school has developed a very positive sports development program centred around improving each student's fitness; skill level; ability to use judgement and a sense of fair play; sportsmanship. The improved garden environment is a source of attraction to local wildlife further enhancing the unique setting of Eumungerie Public School.
